Little League

James started his first year in little league this year.  It's his first year where the kids actually pitch (rather than a machine or a coach.)  It's still not very competitive because they are all still learning, but he did have to try out to be on a team, and they do keep score and have championships.  They also get baseball uniforms instead of just t-shirts.  (He look pretty cute I have to say!)

 He got drafted to the Angels, and he's their 1st baseman!  He's got one heck of a glove!

And he's so fun to watch.  Go Angels! ⚾

Aunt Linda's Funeral

My Aunt Linda, my Dad's sister, passed away a few weeks ago.  We went up to Idaho for a graveside service at the Teton-Newdale Cemetery.  Dad gave a beautiful talk, and Steve dedicated the grave.  It was a nice service and we got to catch up with some family that we don't see very often, so that was nice.

Unfortunately, Linda's son David was over an hour late to the funeral...and he had her ashes!  So we all got to sit out in the sun 🌞and wait for the to arrive.  Afterwards we all shared our sunburn pics on Facebook and had a good laugh!

While we were in the neighborhood (in Idaho) we stopped by the Wilford Cemetery to pay a visit to Jack.

 It was a quick trip, but great time with family 💗

Jazz Game

We got to go see a Jazz game tonight!  (Thanks Aunt Sara!)  It was a great game that went into overtime!  Go Jazz! 🏀

Spring Break CO

James and I went out to Colorado to visit Grammy and Grampie for spring break.  We went to all the usual spots...

Like bowling, laser tag and arcade games at the Summit...

and dinner at On the Boarder, where the chips are as big as your glass!

We  played countless games of cards with James the card shark 🦈... 

(and Thomas came over for a few days!  He's having fun, he just doesn't like his smile :)

And what would be a trip to Colorado without spending a day in Boulder!
