About Steve

(Written by Mikelle):

Steve is such a fun loving and easygoing guy, everyone just gravitates towards him. He is definitely a talker, which is great for me because I am more quiet and reserved. We really balance each other out.
He likes to play pretty much any sport.  His favorite right now is bowling, but he also likes basketball, football and golf.  We are all fans of our local BYU football team, but we are also big fans of our local college baseball/basketball teams. In the fall and winter months he likes to go bow hunting.
He loves to ride anything with a motor.  A motorcycle, a 4-wheeler, a snowmobile, a wave runner, a dirt bike, a boat...pretty much anything.

Steve is a very supportive Dad. He coaches little league teams, and helps with the cub scouts, he is active in our son's PTA and has never missed a class program or field trip. Luckily he has a flexible job so he can do all of these little things. He is so talented in so many ways. He’s what I call a jack-of-all-trades. He can fix or build pretty much anything. He is a car mechanic, an electrician, a plumber, and general contractor just to name a few. Because of his many talents he is always helping people out in one way or another. He is such a hard worker and a natural born salesman. And although Steve is a wonderful businessman, he biggest talent is being a husband and father. I absolutely love watching him interact with our son. Whenever he mows the lawn or has a simple household repair to make, our son is right there with him to assist. James has to do everything “just like dad.”
When they play together, Steve is just like a big kid. I have caught them playing basketball in the house, pretending to be pirates and aliens, and having squirt gun fights, just to name a few. And Steve’s big size makes him the perfect horse to ride on. He definitely encourages our son to be silly, get dirty, and have fun as well as to be hard working and responsible. I know without a doubt that our family is the most important thing to Steve.
